IGI Prudential Insurance Proposes 9.73% Cash Dividend for FY 2080/81

IGI Prudential Insurance Limited (IGI) has proposed a 9.7368% cash dividend worth Rs. 29.19 Crores for the fiscal year 2080/81.
The 27th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 23 has decided to distribute a 9.7368% cash dividend (including tax). The cash dividend is worth Rs. 29.19 crores. The existing paid-up capital of IGI is Rs. 3.02 Arba.
The dividend is subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority, and the upcoming AGM.
As of writing, IGI closed at Rs. 604.00.
