IME Life Insurance Company Limited (IMELICL) has called its 6th AGM on 6th Chaitra, 2079. The meeting will be held in Lainchaur Banquet, Lainchaur, Kathmandu starting at 11 am that day.
These are the agendas:
1) Present report of FY 2078/79 on behalf of the board of directors.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports of FY 2078/79 according to the NFRS system.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Increase the paid-up capital of the company and amend the Articles of Association accordingly.
5) To issue IPO shares to the general public.
6) Elect an independent director from the promoter shareholders.
