Infinity Laghubitta amends dividend decision; proposed 15.79% dividend changed to 15% dividend

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the amendment in dividend decision of Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ILBS).

The 46^th BOD meeting had decided to distribute 10% bonus shares worth Rs.2.07 Crore, 5% cash dividend worth Rs.1.03 Crore and 0.79% cash dividend (for tax purpose) worth Rs.16.37 Lakhs out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders.

However, the 47^th BOD meeting amended the decision to distribution of 10% bonus shares worth Rs.2.07 Crore and 5% cash dividend worth Rs.1.03 Crore out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders.

This decision is subject to approval from the NRB after which it will be endorsed in the upcoming AGM of the company.
