Infinity Laghubitta Concludes 7th AGM; Elects New Directors

Infinity Laghubitta successfully concluded its 7th Annual General Meeting under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Bishnu Kumar Ghimire. The meeting, held on the 28th of Poush, 2080, at Gaidakot-02, Nawalparasi, garnered approval from the shareholders for various proposals presented during the meeting.

Mr. Prabin Kumar Lama, the Company Secretary and Chief Executive Officer, welcomed distinguished guests, shareholders, and the entire board of directors during the meeting. The highlights of the AGM included the presentation and approval of the annual financial report for the fiscal year 2079/80, the auditor's report, and the appointment of auditors. Additionally, the meeting elected Mrs. Prava Khanal and Mr. Mukunda Prasad Bhattarai as directors from the public shareholding group.
