Investing in NIBL: NIB at Rs 670 or NIBPO at Rs 561 or FPO at Rs 601 ???

Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIBL) is coming out with its FPO at a premium price of Rs 601. The last traded price of NIBL stands at Rs 675 and NIBL promoter (NIBLPO) at Rs 561 on December 04, 2015 . Let us read some experts’ suggestion on investing in NIBL: Bharat Ranabhat Kohinoor Investment and Securities Private Limited Broker Number 35 In my opinion for small investors it’s better to invest in NIBL public shares in secondary market than wait for NIBL further public offering. There is not much difference in price of NIBL public shares and NIBL Promoter shares, so it’s better to invest in public shares at Nepal Stock Exchange. I think big investors should invest in FPO if they want shares in bulk. There is still a lot of time for the FPO and until then if share price of NIBL public shares rises in secondary market then small investors can also invest in FPO.   Indira Ghimre Swornalaxmi Securities Private Limited,  Broker Number 37 I think it’s better to wait and invest in FPO of NIBL. The share price of public shares of NIBL at secondary market is the adjusted price after bonus. It went down to around Rs 600 but as the political condition seemed positive the share price has risen to Rs 675. I think if invested in FPO the profit per share will be more than Rs 100 if political conditions improve.
