IPO Allotment Today: Lucky 2,53,890 Applicants Will Get Shares of River Falls Power

The IPO allotment of River Falls Power Limited (RFPL) is scheduled today i.e Jestha 9, 2079. The allotment program will commence at 4 pm at the premises of the issue manager Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

The company has a total of 3,570,000 promoter shares. Earlier 7,00,000 units which is 10% of the total capital were allotted to the project affected locals of Sankhuwasabha district. 

The company opened its IPO issue of 27,30,000 units from 28 Baisakh - 4th Jestha, 2079. Thus, the IPO will raise a total of Rs. 27.30 crores in paid-up capital. Of the total public issue, 2%, i.e. 54,600 shares was reserved for employees while 5%, i.e. 1,36,500 shares for mutual funds. The remaining 25,38,900 shares were for the individual public. Prabhu Capital completed the pre-allotment last Friday and is going to allot the shares today.

According to CDSC, 18,50,277 applicants have applied for a total of 2,12,59,570 shares. Thus, the issue has been oversubscribed over 8.37 times.

In contrast, only 253,890 applicants will be allotted 10 shares each.
