IPO Approved by SEBON: Muktinath Krishi Company to Issue 14,00,000 Shares

Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the IPO issue proposal of Muktinath Krishi Company on Ashwin 10, 2080.

The company will now issue 1,400,000 shares to the general public at a par value of NPR 100 each. The amount of the issue is Rs. 14 Crore. This is 20% of the company's issued capital. The total paid-up capital after the IPO allotment would be Rs 70 Crores of the company. The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 56 crores.

NIMB Ace Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.

Muktinath Krishi Company is an associate company of Muktinath Bikash Bank, the first public agricultural company established in 2075 with the aim of playing a managerial role in the overall agricultural value chain through the "Krishak sanga Muktinath" and "Upabhoktaa sanga Muktinath" campaigns, with the goal of improving Nepal's agricultural economy. The company is providing goods and services in more than 70 districts throughout the country, more than 200 distribution channels, and Agricultural Resource centers.
