IPO Issue Management Agreement signed between Citizens Capital Limited and United Mewa Khola Hydropower Limited

Initial Public Offering (IPO) Issue Management Agreement was signed today between United Mewa Khola Hydropower Limited and Citizens Capital Limited in a program held at Dillibazar, Kathmandu. The agreement was signed by Mr. Aashish Thapa who is the Executive Chairman of United Mewa Khola Hydropower Limited and Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha CEO of Citizens Capital Limited.

As per the agreement, Citizens Capital Limited (Subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Limited) will manage the IPO of United Mewa Khola Hydropower Limited for Issuance of ordinary shares to affected local and to general public as well.

United Mewa Khola Hydropower Limited is developing its project, “Mewa Khola Jalbidhyut Ayojana” at Taplejung District, which is a 50 MW project.
