IPO of CYC Nepal Laghubitta Successfully Closes With 22,77,743 Applicants

CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has successfully closed its IPO issue today.

The IPO opened on 2nd Baisakh, 2079. The issue concluded today, i.e. on 6th Baisakh, 2079 at the end of banking hours since it was already subscribed fully on the first day itself.

The company has a total of 12,16,418 registered shares of which 3,95,336 shares were issued in the IPO. Thus, the IPO will raise a total of Rs. 3,95,33,600 in paid-up capital. Of the total public issue, 0.5%, i.e. 6,082 shares have been reserved for employees while 5%, i.e. 19,766 shares for mutual funds. The remaining 3,69,488 shares are for the individual public.

Applicants could apply for a minimum of 10 units to a maximum of 1000 units. Global IME Capital was appointed the issue manager for the IPO issue. According to CDSC, 22,77,743 applicants have applied for a total of 2,56,88,450 shares. Thus, the issue has been oversubscribed over 69.52 times.
