IPO Proposal of Vision Lumbini Urja Company Approved by SEBON; Company to Issue IPO Worth Rs 38.25 Crore Soon

The Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the IPO issue proposal of Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited on Bhadra 05, 2080.
The company will now issue 3,825,000 equity shares at a par value of NPR 100 each. The amount of the issue is Rs. 38.25 Crore. This is 20% of the company's issued capital. The total paid-up capital after the IPO allotment would be Rs 1.91 Arba of the company. The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.53 Arba.
Muktinath Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the proposed IPO issuance. The application was submitted on Falgun 28, 2079.
Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited is developing a 25-MW Seti Nadi Hydroelectric Project in the Machhapuchchhre rural municipality of Kaski District, Gandaki Province of Nepal. The project is a run-of-the-river (R-o-R) type and is being developed at a 44.5% probability of exceedance.
