57,20,647 unit IPO shares of Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Limited have been listed in NEPSE. This includes the shares held by promoters and the quantity issued to the general public and project-affected locals.

The open price range for the first transaction is Rs. 120.41 to Rs. 361.23. The IPO shares will be traded in the secondary market the next day if the company signs an agreement with NEPSE.

Out of the total 57,20,647 units of shares, 712,220 units of IPO shares were issued to the general public for Rs. 116 per share (Rs 100 face value + Rs 16 premium price) from 5th to 8th Bhadra, 2080.

Out of the total 74,84,000 units of shares, 621,172 units of IPO shares of par value Rs 100 were issued to the general public from Bhadra 29 to Ashwin 2, 2080.
