IPO Shares of Mandu Hydropower and Hathway Investment Nepal Listed In NEPSE; What are the Opening Ranges?

13,636,370 unit IPO shares of Mandu Hydropower Limited (MANDU) have been listed in NEPSE. This includes the shares held by promoters and the quantity issued to the general public and project-affected locals.

The opening range for the first transaction is Rs. 124.42 to Rs. 373.26. The IPO shares will be traded in the secondary market the next day if the company signs an agreement with NEPSE.

Out of a total of 13,636,370 unit shares, 12,05,320 unit IPO shares were issued at Rs. 206 per share (Rs 100 face value + Rs 106 premium price) to the general public from 10th to 13th Bhadra, 2080.

Similarly, 2,34,00,000 unit IPO shares of Hathway Investment Nepal Limited (HATHY) have been listed in NEPSE. This includes the shares held by promoters and the quantity issued to the general public.

The opening range for the first transaction is Rs. 95.09 to Rs. 285.27. The IPO shares will be traded in the secondary market the next day if the company signs an agreement with NEPSE.

Out of a total of 2,34,00,000 unit shares, 24,27,750 unit IPO shares were issued at Rs. 50 to the general public from 21st to 25th Bhadra, 2080.
