Janaki Finance (JFL) Calls AGM; What are the Main Agendas?

Janaki Finance Company Limited (JFL) has called its 24th AGM on 28th Chaitra, 2077. The AGM will be held in Atithi Sadan, Janakupurdham, starting at 10 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of the report for the fiscal year 2076/77.
2) Endorsement of the auditor's report along with annual company financials.
3) Appointment of auditor for FY 2077/78 and approval of their compensation.
4) Misc.
The book closure is called on Chaitra 18. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Chaitra 18 till the AGM day.
