Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Calls AGM on Chaitra 26; Company to Endorse 15.789% Dividend for FY 2078/79

Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JSLBB) has called its 12th AGM on 26th Chaitra, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hotel New Era, Butwal, starting at 11 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 15.7895% dividend worth Rs. 2.33 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 29 decided to distribute a 15% bonus shares and a 0.7895% cash dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 14.79 Crores. Thus, the bonus shares are worth slightly over Rs. 2.21 crore and the cash dividends are worth Rs 11.67 lakhs. The meeting will also discuss about increasing the authorized capital of the company from Rs. 25 Crores to Rs. 50 Crores.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for FY 2078/79 and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80. As the company's paid-up capital will increase after the issuance of proposed bonus shares, the proposal to amend the Articles of Association accordingly will be approved.
The book closure date is on Chaitra 10. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
