Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta (JSLBB) Calls AGM; What are the Agendas?

Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JSLBB) has called its 10th AGM on 30th Baisakh, 2078. The meeting will be held in Hotel New Era, Rupandehi, starting at 11 am that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The 164th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 19 has proposed a 52% dividend from the paid-up capital maintained as of Ashad's end, 2077. The paid-up capital as of Ashad's end, 2077 was Rs. 7.92 crores. Since 49.4% bonus shares and 2.6% cash dividend are distributed, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 3,91,24,800 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 20,59,200.
The AGM will discuss the increment of authorized capital from the existing Rs. 15 crores to Rs. 50 crores. Furthermore, the AGM will also revolve around upgrading the microfinance company to the national grade. The company is currently operational in 19 districts only.
Baisakh 23 is the book-closure date for the AGM. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend and can also attend the AGM.
