Joshi Hydropower Development Co. Reschedules 9th and 10th AGM to 24th Magh 2081

Joshi Hydropower Development Company Ltd. announces that the 9th and 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM), initially scheduled for 10:00 AM on 15th Magh 2081, was adjourned due to insufficient quorum as per Section 73 of the Companies Act, 2063, and the company’s bylaws. As per the decision of the company’s board during its 27th meeting on 15th Magh 2081, the meeting has been rescheduled to 24th Magh 2081, Thursday, at Celebration Height, Sukedhara, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 AM.
Since the AGM was adjourned due to insufficient quorum, the rescheduled meeting will pick up from where it was left off, and the same proposals originally on the agenda for discussion and decision will be addressed. The company will recognize proxy representatives who are registered with us for the meeting. Shareholders unable to attend in person may appoint a proxy to represent them.
