Joshi Hydropower Development Company Calls AGM on 31st Bhadra; Agenda To Endorse 65% Right Shares Issue

Joshi Hydropower Development Company Limited has called its 8th AGM on 31st Bhadra. The meeting is going to be held at Lisara Banquet Hall Naxal, starting on at Sunday 11:00 AM in the morning.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

i. Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2078/79.
ii. Endorse the auditor's report with Profit Loss, Balance sheet statements, financial reports and cash flow statements.
iii. Endorse the appointment of an auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
iv. Endorse the appointment of one director each from the promoter and public shareholding group.
v. To discuss the issuance of the right share in the ratio of 1:0.65 and give full authority to the BoDs to oversee right-related procedures.

The book closure date is announced for Bhadra 18. Thus, investors maintained before that day are eligible to attend the company's 8th AGM.
