Joshi Hydropower (JOSHI) Calls AGM With These Agendas

Joshi Hydropower Development Company Limited (JOSHI) has called its 5th, 6th, and 7th AGM on 3rd Magh, 2078. The meeting will be held in Landmark Hall, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu, starting at 11: 30 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2075/76 and further.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
2) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
3) Election/ Nomination of 3 board members from the promoters and 2 from the public shareholders.

Poush 21 is the book closure date. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
