Jyoti Capital Limited Holds Second Annual General Meeting

The second Annual General Meeting of Jyoti Capital Limited, chaired by Mr. Prakash Baral, was held on the 26th of 2081 at Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited's central office in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. The meeting approved the board's report and financial statements for FY 2080/081, including the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement.

A cash dividend of 3.16% was approved for shareholders. The meeting appointed P.L.R.G Associates as auditors and confirmed the appointment of two independent directors. Jyoti Capital, a subsidiary of Jyoti Bikas Bank with a paid-up capital of NPR 21 crores, offers services such as securities underwriting, investment management, and institutional consulting under the approval of the Securities Board of Nepal.
