Jyoti Life Insurance has appointed NIC ASIA Capital as its share registrar. The insurance company had recently issued its ordinary shares in IPO to the general investors.
Following the agreement, shareholders of Jyoti Life can now approach NIC ASIA Capital for any share-related issues of Jyoti Life beginning from Chaitra 18, 2077, as per the media statement.
