Kalika Laghubitta convenes 13th AGM; endorses 20% dividend for shareholders

Kalika Laghubitta has convened its 13^th AGM on Chaitra 29, 2079 under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Chandra Bahadur Chhetri.

The AGM has decided to approve 19% bonus shares and 1% cash dividend for its shareholders for the previous fiscal year, as per the media statement. the paid-up capital of the company will then scale up to Rs 37.23 crore after capitalization of the proposed dividend.

The AGM has also elected Mr. Nityananda Tiwari from the promoters’ group to the board of the company, as per the media statement.
