Kalinchowk Darshan Limited Calls AGM; With These Agendas

Kalinchowk Darshan Limited (KDL) has called its 9th AGM on 26th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Royal Events, Tinkune, Kathmandu, starting at 11:30 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) Election of directors representing the board of directors on behalf of the promoter and public shareholders: 5 members from the promoter shareholding group, 1 from the public shareholding group, and 1 from the subject expert.
5) Miscellaneous.

12th Poush is the book closure date. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend this AGM.
