Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Decides Not To Distribute Dividends of FY 79/80

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSBBL) did not propose to give cash dividends or bonus shares to its shareholders for the Fiscal Year 2079/80.
The decision not to distribute dividends by KSBBL was decided at the 363rd meeting of the Board of Directors held on Kartik 21. KSBBL is not distributing profits for Fiscal Year 2079/80 and the profit will be kept as a reserve fund rather than paid out as dividends to shareholders.
