Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited Holds 18th Annual General Meeting

The 18th Annual General Meeting of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited took place on 30th Ashwin 2081 at Lisara Reception in Kathmandu, chaired by Sudeep Acharya.
The meeting approved a 12% dividend, consisting of 7% in bonus shares and 5% in cash. It also unanimously passed the annual financial statements for FY 2080-81, including the auditor's report and balance sheet.
Additionally, the assembly approved proposals to issue irredeemable unreserved preference shares, increase primary capital, and amend the charter to maintain a 9% annual dividend rate, totaling 350 million rupees at a rate of 100 rupees.
