Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited to Receive South Asian Federation of Accountants Award 2023

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has received the "Certificate of Merit Award" from the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) for its exceptional performance in the financial services sector, based on its fiscal year 2022-23 annual report.

The award will be presented on November 11, 2024, in Colombo, Sri Lanka. SAFA evaluates financial statements from South Asia and awards various categories, involving chartered accountant bodies from eleven countries, including Nepal.

The bank's detailed reporting at its 17th Annual General Meeting contributed to this recognition. Additionally, it recently won the Silver Award in the financial services category at the "National Excellence Reporting Award 2023," highlighting its commitment to financial transparency and governance in Nepal's banking sector.
