Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Proposes 12% Dividend for FY 2080/81

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSBBL) has proposed a 12% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 28, 2081 decided to distribute a 12% dividend for its shareholders from the profit till Q4 2080/81. 7% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend (including tax) have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming 18th AGM. KSBBL closed at Rs. 483.00 yesterday.
