Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank to float Rs 1 arba debenture with 9% interest yield; appoints NIBL Ace Capital as its issue manager

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as issue manager to float its Rs 1 arba worth debenture with a 9% interest yield.
The agreement was signed between the CEO of the bank Mr. Prabin Basnet and Deputy MD of the merchant bank Mr.Sachindra Dhungana on Ashad 28, 2078.
The development bank currently has 128 branches, 1 extension counter, and 70 ATM outlets under its network.
