Kantipur Television Network to Convene SGM on Chaitra 17; To Issue Public Shares At Premium Price

Kantipur Television Network Limited will be convening its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 17th Chaitra, 2079. The meeting will be held in the company's head office located at Tinkune, Kathmandu from 1 PM onwards.

The agendas of the meeting include:

1) Discussion and approval to distribute bonus shares to the shareholders from the profits of FY 2078/79.
2) Discussion to issue IPO shares at a premium price.

Kantipur Television, popularly known as KTV, is a private television station based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The chairman and managing director is Kailash Sirohiya. Launched in July 2002, KTV is licensed for terrestrial and satellite transmission. Kantipur Television's head office is located in Tinkune.
