Karnali Development Bank (KRBL) Calls AGM With These Agendas

Karnali Development Bank Limited (KRBL) has called its 17th AGM on 20th Falgun, 2078. The meeting will be streamed virtually from Kalpataru Hotel, Nepalgunj, starting at 1 pm that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2076/77.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their compensation.
4) Misc.
Magh 28 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.
