Kathmandu Mall opens tender again when first attracted no applicant; Application accepted till Ashwin 16, 2076

Employee Provident Fund (EPF) has opened the tender again for Kathmandu Mall, as the first tender didn't receive any application. The minimum rate of monthly rent for the entire Mall has been fixed at Rs.1 crore 7 thousand 14. Therefore, the interested individual, firm and/or organization should bid at prices higher than the a-fore-mentioned price. The tender is for a period of 5 years.
Prior to this, the mall was being rented by Businessman Mr. Raju Gorkhali at a monthly rent of Rs 2.71 crore for block A and B. After he no longer could operate the mall, he left his position on Poush, 2075. Currently, EPF is opening a tender for block A only as clock B is being taken down for construction of Dharahara.
The interested person or firm is notified to submit the application form along with the bid price upto Ashwin 16, 2076. The submitted bid will be opened on Ashwin 17, 2076.
