Khani Khola Hydropower Holds 12th AGM, Approves Financial Reports and Board Appointments

Khani Khola Hydropower Company Limited (KKHC) successfully conducted its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today at Dhumrabaraha Venue, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu, under the chairmanship of Vijayaman Sherchan. The AGM approved the chairman's report and the audited financial statements, including the balance sheet and profit and loss account for FY 2080/81.

Additionally, the meeting appointed auditors and set their remuneration for FY 2081/82. It also approved the appointment of Bharat Lamichhane Thapa and Taradevi Shrestha as board members, replacing Dinesh Prasad Shrestha and Binod Thakali. Furthermore, Uden Shakya was confirmed as an independent director. Several shareholders actively participated in the discussion during the meeting.
