Khani Khola Hydropower (KKHC) Calls AGM With These Agendas

Khani Khola Hydropower Company Limited (KKHC) has called its 7th, 8th, and 9th AGM on 30th Poush, 2078.

These are the agendas:

1) Endorsement of financial reports since the fiscal year 2075/76 and further.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
4) Regarding the tenure of board members elected from the promoters and public shareholders.
5) Misc.

Poush 09 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.
