Kisan Laghubitta convenes 4th AGM; endorses 7.36% dividend with upcoming FPO

Kisan Laghubitta has convened its 4^th AGM on Chaitra 29, 2079 under the leadership of company’s chair.

The AGM has endorsed all the fiscal and other reports as presented by the officials of the microfinance and has also cleared the way for 7% bonus shares and 0.36842% cash dividend for taxation purpose, as per the media statement. the paid-up capital of the company will now scale up to Rs 50.43 crore after capitalization of the bonus shares.

The AGM has also endorsed to restructure the proportion of the promoter and public shareholding in the company thus by floating the FPO to the general public, as per the media statement.

The microfinance currently has 137 branches in several districts serving the rural households, as per the media statement.
