Kisan Laghubitta Unveils Book Closure Date for its 7.368% Dividend; Calls AGM on Chaitra 28

Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KLBSL) has called its 4th AGM on 28th Chaitra, 2079. The meeting will be held in Racket Bar & Events, Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 7.3684% dividend worth Rs. 3.47 crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 112th meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 09 decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 47.13 Crores. 7% bonus shares and 0.3684% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are a little over Rs. 3.29 crores and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 17.36 lakhs.
The book closure date is on Chaitra 20. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
