Kisan Microfinance to distribute 29% bonus shares; Paid-up capital to rise to Rs 6.19 crore

Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMFL) has announced 29% bonus shares for its sharesholders.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the 103rd meeting of BoD has taken the decision of providing 29% bonus shares and 1.53 cash dividend for tax purpose from the net profit of FY 2074/75.
The decision is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and AGM of the microfinance.
After the distribution of 29% bonus shares worth Rs 1.39 crore, the paid-up capital of the microfinance company will rise to Rs 6.19 crore.
