Kumari Bank appoints Siddhartha Capital as issue manager for its 3 Arba worth debenture; to provide 11% interest annually for 10 years

Kumari Bank has appointed Siddhartha Capital as issue manager to float its Rs 3 Arba worth 11% Kumari Debenture 2089 to the general public.
The MoU regarding the issue management was signed between the marketing head of the Bank Mr. Nabin Muni Bajracharya and COO of the merchant banker Mr. Sandeep Karki amid a program.
The Bank currently serves with its 197 branches, 181 ATM outlets, 16 extension counters and 42 branchless banking units under its network.
