Kumari Bank Limited Successfully Conducted 23rd AGM

Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) conducted its 23rd annual general meeting on 28th Magh, 2080 (Sunday) at Tribhuwan Army Club, Tundikhel, Kathmandu.

During the meeting, the chairman presented the financial report for the fiscal year 2079/80, which included discussions on profits and losses, cash flow, and other financial details. The company also approved the appointment of auditors and determined their remuneration.

During the Annual General Meeting, Mr. Amir Pratap J.B. Rana, Mr. Bijay Kumar Shrestha (representative of the employee provident fund), and Mr. Pashupati Murarka were elected on behalf of promoter shareholders, while Mr. Mahesh Prasad Pokhrel, Mr. Rajaram Khadka, and Mrs Simran Agrawal (representing the women's side) were appointed as representatives of public shareholders to the company's Board of Directors.
