Kumari Bank Organizes Women and Youth Entrepreneurship Training in Budhanilkantha

In partnership with USAID, Kumari Bank Limited has successfully conducted a one-day Women and Youth Entrepreneurship Training Program at Budhanilkantha Municipality Ward No. 4, coordinated by the Ward Office and facilitated by the bank’s Hattigauda branch. Over 200 aspiring entrepreneurs, including women and youth, participated in the event.

The program, held in the presence of Honorable Minister of Health and Population Pradeep Paudel and Ward Chairman Shriram K.C., aimed to uplift the living standards of local entrepreneurs and encourage them to prioritize their businesses. Chairman K.C. highlighted the program’s goal of fostering entrepreneurship and improving livelihoods through capacity-building initiatives.

Kumari Bank has been actively promoting financial literacy and entrepreneurship through its “Desh Bhari Barsha Bhari” campaign. The bank employs tools like financial training, literacy booklets, the Kumari app, and awareness videos featuring renowned artists to make financial concepts accessible to the public.
