Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) has unveiled the book closure date and has called the 23rd AGM.
The board of directors meeting on Poush 24, 2080 decided to call the 23rd AGM. The bank has not proposed any dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The current paid-up capital of the bank is Rs. 26.22 Arba.
Magh 9 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that are entitled to attend the AGM.
