Kumari Bank Unveils Book Closure Date And Call 24th AGM

Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) has unveiled the book closure date and has called the 24th AGM on 21st Magh, 2081. The meeting will be held in Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Tundikhel, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
The board of directors meeting on Poush 26, 2081 decided to call the 24th AGM. The bank has not proposed any dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The current paid-up capital of the bank is Rs. 26.22 Arba.
Magh 11 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that are entitled to attend the AGM.
