Kumari Capital and Dhruva Capital Sign MOU to Promote Foreign Investment in Nepal
Kumari Capital Limited and Dhruva Capital Services Limited of India have signed a memorandum of understanding to promote foreign investment in Nepal.
The agreement aims to facilitate investments in Nepal's listed and non-listed companies, including banks, financial institutions, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, and hydropower projects.
Kumari Capital will act as an intermediary, managing these investments and assisting with strategic planning and implementation. This partnership is expected to boost foreign investment and support Nepal's sustainable economic development.
At the signing ceremony, Kumari Capital's CEO, Pushpa Sharma, highlighted the agreement's significance for Nepal's capital market and economic growth, while Dhruva Capital's Ritesh Shaw expressed enthusiasm about investing in Nepal with Kumari Capital's support.
