Kumari Capital inks agreement with Arava Nepal Modern Agriculture Company; to provide corporate advisory service from initial days till listing of its IPO

Kumari Capital has inked an agreement with Arava Nepal Modern Agriculture Company under the scheme Way to Listing where the merchant banker will now provide corporate advisory service to the company right from its initial operations till its IPO offering and listing with the security exchange market.

The MoU was signed between Deputy MD of the company Mr. Puspa Sharma and chairman of the agro company Mr. Krishna Prasad Bajgai amid a program, as per the media statement.

Under the agreement, Kumari Capital will now function as issue manager while issuing the ordinary shares to the general public and as its share registrar so after. The agro company is one of the model companies that have been established by the Israel returnees who are trained in the modern agriculture sector, as per the media statement.
