Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited (KBSH) has proposed a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81.
The company has proposed a 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.21 crores for the fiscal year 2080/81. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 12.18 Crores.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company's upcoming 13th AGM.
