Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower's AGM Elects Laxman Bahadur Shrestha as Director from Public Shareholding Group

Laxman Bahadur Shrestha, a well-respected figure in the stock market, has been elected as the director of Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower. Shrestha's uncontested election took place during the 12th Annual General Meeting held on Friday, the 27th of Poush.

With a remarkable three-decade-long experience in the stock market, Shrestha has carved out a distinct identity for himself by actively participating in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) allotment of various companies. Having played a pivotal role in IPO processes for several years, Shrestha has now ascended to the position of a director from the public shareholding group of Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Company.

The General Meeting, convened at German Homes Hospitality in Gatthaghar, discussed and approved proposals related to the identification and investment in new projects for the company. Additionally, the meeting approved investments in hydropower projects promoted and developed by other companies, presented and endorsed the annual report for the fiscal year 2079/080, and appointed an auditor, etc.
