Last day to apply for 1.23 lakh units auctioned shares of Womi Microfinance; Find out where to apply

Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (WOMI) is auctioning its unsold ordinary and promoter right shares from Ashwin 06, 2076 till today i.e Ashwin 13, 2076.

WOMI had issued 1,010,880 units as 100% right shares for the existing shareholders of the company. However, the unsubscribed shares are now being auctioned. The details are:

Ordinary share: 46,509.20 units
Promoter share: 76,703.80 units

Siddhartha capital is the issue manager. The interested individual or institution can submit their sealed bid applications at the following locations:

- Siddhartha Capital, Kathmandu
- WOMI, Chitwan
- Branches of Siddhartha Bank (Biratnagar, Birtamod, Birjung, Janakpur, Hetauda, Narayangadh, Pokhara, Baglung, Butwal, Ghorahi, Nepaljung, Surkhet, Dhangadi and Mahendranagar)

The applicants can attach an A/C Payee Cheque or Manager's Cheque or Good for payment cheque with the bid application or they can deposit the amount at Siddhartha Bank Limited on the following account:

The trading of WOMI in Nepal Stock Exchange is currently being frozen due to its ongoing merger with Nagarik Laghubitta. The LTP of WOMI stood Rs 1128 as on 7th March, 2019.
