Last Day to Apply for "8.5% RBBL Debenture 2083"

Today is the last day to apply for the debenture issue of "8.5% RBBL Debenture 2083." The issue opened on 25th Jestha and will close today, i.e. 28th Jestha, 2078.

25,00,000 units have been issued at a par value of Rs. 1,000 per unit. The debenture has a maturity period of 6 years and will yield an 8.5% annual interest payment to unitholders. 60% of the debenture will be subscribed via private placement and the remaining 40% have been issued to the general public. The public issue size is thus 10 lakh units.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 2,50,000 units.
