Last Day To Apply For Nepal Reinsurance Company Promoter Shares

Today is the last day to apply for the auction of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) 5,00,000 units of promoter shares i.e. 20th Kartik, 2080.

One of the existing share holder, Vishal Group Limited has been selling 5,00,000 unit promoter shares of NRIC on an auction since 16th Kartik, 2080. Interested promoter shareholders including the general public/institutions are eligible to bid for the auction. Rs. 277 is the minimum bid rate. The minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 2,00,000 units and the maximum bid quantity is 5,00,000 units.

NIC Asia Capital Limited is the auction manager of this issue.

As of writing, NRIC has an LTP of Rs. 595.
