Last Day to Apply for Public Offering of "Kumari Sunaulo Lagani Yojana"; Issue Closing Today

Today is the last day to apply for the IPO of "Kumari Sunaulo Lagani Yojana".
Kumari Capital Limited has been issuing 10 crore units worth Rs. 1 Arba of "Kumari Sunaulo Lagani Yojana" to the general public from 9th Chaitra and was supposed to close on 13th Chaitra, 2079. However, since the issue manager didn't receive enough applications, the issue was extended till today i.e Chaitra 23. Thus, the issue will close today at the end of banking hours.
Out of 10 crore unit shares, 5 crore units are being issued in the first phase at a par value of Rs. 10 per unit. 15% of the total units i.e. 1.50 crore units worth Rs. 15 crores have been allocated to the fund promoter Kumari Bank Limited whereas the remaining 3.5 crore units are being issued to the general public.
"Kumari Sunaulo Yojana" is an open-end fund, meaning it can't be traded in NEPSE and has no fixed maturity period. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 50,00,000 units.
According to CDSC, a total of 39,551 applicants have applied for 25,644,860 units worth Rs. 25.64 Crores as of 10 AM this morning.
Currently, Kumari Capital has been managing two closed-end funds i.e Kumari Equity Fund (KEF) and Kumari Dhanabriddhi Yojana (KDBY) in the market.
