Last Day to Be Eligible for 1: 0.4 Rights Offering of Api Power Company

Today is the last day to be eligible for the rights offering of Api Power Company Limited (API).
The hydropower company will be issuing 40% right shares worth Rs. 1.65 Arba through the issue of 1,65,33,137 units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The current paid-up capital is at Rs. 4.13 Arba which will increase to Rs. 5.78 Arba after the proposed issue.
The book closure date is on Ashad 22, 2080. Thus, the shareholders maintained till today are eligible for the rights offering. The last traded price as on 20th Ashad stood Rs 230.5 per share.
