Last Day to Be Eligible for 1:0.75 Rights Offering of Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company

Today is the last day to be eligible for the rights offering of Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited (HDHPC).

The company will issue 1.2 crore unit right shares to the eligible shareholders at a par value of Rs. 100 out of its paid-up value of Rs. 1.60 Arba. Following the approval from Electricity Commission, the company placed the application to the Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) for the right issue, and on 12th Baisakh, 2080 SEBON approved the rights issue of 1: 0.75.

The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.60 Arba. Hence, after the issue of the right share in the ratio of 1:0.75, the paid-up capital of the company will be increased to Rs. 2.8 Arba.

Laxmi Capital Markets Limited has been appointed the issue manager of this right share.

Baisakh 27 is the book closure date. Since today is the last trading day before the book closure, shareholders maintained till today are eligible to apply for the right shares.

As of writing, the company has an LTP of Rs. 187.90.
